Overview
Osip is a farm to table story, one that has culminated in a restaurant which is not just celebrated for its beautifully elegant setting but also for focusing on a sustainable, locally-sourced menu where the majority of the produce is home-grown across its own organic farm and gardens. With a coveted Michelin star and an even rarer Green Star to its name, this is a testament to the ethos and focus on the highest quality in everything that reaches the table.
Having collaborated with the owner-chef, Merlin Labron-Johnson, on the branding of his previous restaurants, Portland and Clipstone, Osip represented a chance to create something more personal and in turn, champion nature’s bounty. Working with photographer Maureen M. Evans, we brought the brand to life with an oblique photographic story, capturing the local surroundings and using the different items of restaurant stationery as canvases with which to frame this story; one that continually speaks of the local, natural beauty.
