Overview
Over the course of a decade, we have worked with Derwent London on building up their own brand, continually striving to cement their reputation as one of the most revered, design-led commercial developers in London.
When the opportunity to chronicle some of their key projects arose, we chose to focus on developing a set of books, akin to an artist’s monograph, with each one telling the unique story behind the history of a particular building from their portfolio; how it came into being, and what it took to get there.
The initial set of four books was housed in a bespoke metal case and sent to important partners and investors across the industry. Following its success, the series has expanded into an on-going documentation of Derwent London’s work, with the aim to build up an ever-expanding library of books for open reference.
